Stoke the Fire.

Fifty-two light warm-up questions. One man draws, reads it aloud, every man answers in turn. It is the gentle gear-change that loosens a room before the real work begins — use it when the squad is new, the energy is low, or you just want men talking before the main session.

Have a play below. Get familiar with it before you run it.

How to run it.

Stoke the Fire is a warm-up, not the main event. It sits in the twenty minutes before the session proper — the window where men shake off the week and arrive present. Keep it light and keep it moving.

Move into the formation work.

Stoke the Fire breaks the ice. The Forge deck does the work. When the room is ready — open the app and run the session.
