Who We Are
Contact Right is operated by its founder, based in Australia. For privacy enquiries, contact us at hello@contactright.co.
What We Collect
Account data — when you create an account in the app, we collect your email address and a hashed password.
Purchase data — if you buy a card deck, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details. We store your name, email, and order details. We never see or store your full card number.
Usage data — basic, anonymised analytics on how the website and app are used (page views, feature usage). No personal profiles are built.
Communications — if you email us or sign up for updates, we store your email address and the content of your message.
What We Don't Do
We do not sell your data to anyone.
We do not share your data with third parties except as needed to operate the service (see below).
We do not run advertising or build advertising profiles.
Third Parties We Use
Supabase — authentication and database hosting. Data stored on servers in the United States.
Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's own privacy policy.
Netlify — app hosting. Basic server logs may be retained per Netlify's standard policy.
Your Rights
Under Australian privacy law (Privacy Act 1988), and where applicable under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@contactright.co. We'll respond within 30 days.
Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Purchase records are retained for 7 years as required by Australian tax law. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
Security
We use industry-standard security practices: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and notify active users by email where appropriate.
We stand behind The Forge. If it doesn't do what it says — crack at least one honest conversation in thirty days — we'll give you your money back. No hoops. No grief.
The 30-Day Guarantee
Run The Forge for thirty days — solo or with a mate or your squad. If you genuinely engage with the deck and it doesn't open a real conversation, email us within 30 days of your purchase date. We'll refund your full purchase price. You keep the physical cards.

We'll process your refund within 5 business days.
What's Covered
Physical card deck — full purchase price refunded. You keep the cards.
Digital access (app) — refunded if claimed within the 30-day window. Access will be revoked on refund.
Bundles — the full bundle price is refunded.
What's Not Covered
Refund requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date.
Shipping costs on physical orders where the item has already been dispatched.
Damaged or lost items in transit — contact us and we'll work something out case by case.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your deck arrives damaged or we sent you the wrong item, we'll replace it or refund it in full — no questions, no time limit. Email us a photo and we'll sort it immediately.
Processing
Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time on your bank's end is typically 3–5 business days after we initiate the refund.
