By using Contact Right — including the website, the Forge app, and any subscription services — you agree to these terms. They're written plainly. Read them.
Contact Right is operated by its founder, based in Australia. Contact us at hello@contactright.co.
Organisation subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions begin with a 45-day free trial. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't offer partial-period refunds on subscription fees once charged, but we'll always be reasonable — contact us if something's gone wrong.
Certification is issued by Contact Right and represents completion of our training programme. We reserve the right to update certification requirements and to revoke certification in cases of misconduct or misrepresentation.
All content — card text, app design, training materials, brand assets — is owned by Contact Right. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
Contact Right is a facilitation tool. We are not a counselling service, a mental health provider, or a crisis service. If you or someone in your group is in crisis, contact emergency services or a qualified professional. To the extent permitted by law, Contact Right is not liable for outcomes arising from use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in Queensland courts.
We may update these terms. We'll notify you by email if we make material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
We stand behind The Forge. If it doesn't do what it says — crack at least one honest conversation in thirty days — we'll give you your money back. No hoops. No grief.
Run The Forge for thirty days — solo or with a mate or your squad. If you genuinely engage with the deck and it doesn't open a real conversation, email us within 30 days of your purchase date. We'll refund your full purchase price. You keep the physical cards.
If your deck arrives damaged or we sent you the wrong item, we'll replace it or refund it in full — no questions, no time limit. Email us a photo and we'll sort it immediately.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time is typically 3–5 business days after we initiate the refund.
